Ready to Roll have just returned from the Sunshine Coast (we were working, okay?) after another successful Officeworks National Conference. Powerpoints and pushbikes for three days.

Next on the agenda, things get serious - we'll be tackling issues such as dealing with Aggressive Customers and Armed Hold-Ups, as well as Internal and Customer Theft Videos. It's the dark side of the force, but we're learning to control it.
